It was very easy to attach to the handle bars with soft
leather strap buckles. These were very flexible so I am sure they can be made to fit almost any bike. I had
a basket before that fit my old bike but not my new one, this one would work on either. The basket is very sturdy and well made and deep enough to be able to stop for a few things at the farmer's market or to carry some bike accessories. I'm glad I bought it and I bet I will never have to buy another one.
